Software installation

When the wss2008se.exe installation program is downloaded, follow these instructions to install Web Screen Saver:
  • Under Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000 or Windows NT, run the installation with an administrator account, so that the installation program can update the Windows registry and the system32 directory.
  • Double click on the wss2008se.exe file and follow installation instructions.
  • When Web Screen Saver is installed, visit the samples section for applications.
  • Also, display the tutorial page. With this page, you will quickly configure Web Screen Saver to display pages you choose.
  • Put your favorite web site on screensaver.
    Type a web site URL here or the URL of a .pps, .swf or .rss file:
  • Don't forget to Register Web Screen Saver online through a secure server with a credit card.
    The registration costs $19.95 USD.
    With the registered version, the advertising page will not be shown anymore.
