Register Web Screen Saver

Use this tab to know the exact version of Web Screen Saver and the registration status of the current copy: Unregistered of Full version. Your email address may also be provided in this dialog box.

You can update registration information using the "Register" feature. A click on this button displays the following dialog box in which you can enter your User Name, Company Name and Serial number:

When you Register Web Screen Saver online, you get a serial number computed from user name and company name. When you get this 20-characters code by email, you can type it in this dialog box to prevent display of ad screen.

However, when you validate the Register dialog box, verify the registration status on About tab. If this status is still "Unregistered", verify registration information. All the data included here is case sensitive. Also, a valid serial number should have the following structure:

0000-0000-0000-0000-0000

If status is "Unregistered", check also that you typed user name and company name exactly as you typed them during the registration process.

Configuration password

You can restrict access to the Configuration dialog using the "Configuration password" feature. This dialog box allows update of the current password:

The current password must be provided to be allowed to set a new password. The new password must be entered 2 times for validation purpose. The 2 passwords must be identical for the update take effect.

Be careful when you type the passwords because the entry is case sensitive.
